What is happening to the local cultures and civilizations in the context of the European Union?
In large, it is the same process everywhere in Europe, with some particularities depending on the features of the local culture.
Maramures is a region where the changes seem more dramatic, and are very obvious, as the civilization of the 3rd millennium is taking over a way of life which has remained the same since the 18th & 19th century.
And what a better way to capture this phenomenon than pictures?
The photography course is dedicated to beginners who are interested in improving their technique and, at the same time, in discovering a different culture and analyzing a situation present in different forms, all over Europe.
Participants will make a project on a certain theme and will prepare some photos for the little brochure edited at the end of the course.
